Why are we hiring for this position?
To transform marketing data into actionable insights using Power BI or similar visualization tools. Also analyze campaign performance, build interactive dashboards and help optimize creative strategy through data-driven decision making.
What does the ideal candidate look like?
- 2+ years experience in marketing analytics or performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4
- Experience with ad creative analysis and performance measurement
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio,Google Sheets + Apps Scripts )
- SQL skills and advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities
- Bonus: Experience with funnel analysis and working with e-commerce, coaches, or SaaS brands.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Looker Studio, or Google Sheets
- Analyze campaign data from Meta Ads and Google Ads to identify performance trends
- Identify top-performing ad creatives and provide actionable recommendations
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports highlighting key metrics like ROAS, CTR, CAC, and CPM
- Collaborate with Copy, Growth, and Creative teams to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests
- Automate recurring reports and optimize data collection workflows to convey meaningful insights to the stakeholders.
- Stay current with platform algorithm changes, GA4 updates, and attribution modeling
- Understand the marketplace trends, particularly those that impact business.
